LICENSE FOR USE AND DISTRIBUTION

There are currently 4 types of licenses:

1. All - for free products
2. Individual (Limited to Personal Use Only)
3. Organization (Unlimited within company/corporation)
4. Source (Unlimited within company/corporation)

1. ALL

Products with this license may be used as much as you like and you may distribute the link to associates. You may not rent, lease, or sell these materials.

2. Individual license

All documents, software, and accompanying training are limited to your personal use as an individual or within your current company. The documents/files are to reside on only one computer. You may not rent, lease, sell, or distribute these materials in any way other than when used as part of software you develop. They may not be shared with co-workers.

3. Corporate license

All documents, software, and accompanying training are limited to use by the purchasing company/corporation. Said company/corporation:
a) Is entitled to unlimited internal use and distribution of these materials including distributing them to any employee within the company/corporation but not to contractors or consultants engaged by the corporation.
b) May not rent, lease, sell, or distribute these outside the company/corporation in any way other than when used as part of training it develops.

  

4. Source License

All documents, software, and accompanying training are limited to use by the purchasing company/corporation. Said company/corporation:
a) Is entitled to unlimited internal use and distribution of these materials including distributing them to any employee within the company/corporation but not to contractors or consultants engaged by the corporation.
b) May not rent, lease, sell, or distribute these outside the company/corporation in any way other than when used as part of training it develops.
c) May customize the materials to better suit their internal needs.

Any associated Lectora title is to be considred a worked example / training aid to demonstrate a technique. It is sometimes referred to as an "add-on" or a "tool."

ALL ITEMS ARE DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE AND TRAINING AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS TRAINING.

Using these products or any associated training aids signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove these training instructions and all training aids from your storage devices and cease to use.
